Down-to-earth, intuitive massage
for every body and mind

The Intuitive massage

The massages I offer are based on three techniques I’ve learned and practiced:
holistic massage, Thai massage, and deep tissue massage.
My intention is to support physical relief and emotional balance — with love and compassion. Each session is adjusted to the person in front of me — according to their needs and how I sense them.the massage itself is guided by intuition, shaped by experience as well as your wishes, and held in a safe space of compassion and care.We begin with a short conversation — to get to know each other, to build trust, and to understand what’s needed in the moment. After the massage, I offer reflections about the physical body (like tension points or temperature differences), and suggest simple individual tips and techniques to practice at home, such as stretching or mobility exercises. In some cases, we also touch on the emotional level — by reflecting on what came up during the session. Talking is always optional, and depends on the person's comfort. The purpose is to support and offer clarity from a calm and neutral perspective.

Philosophy

FeelingWe humans naturally tend to store deep emotions and unresolved trauma in the body. When emotional stress and negative feelings settle into the muscles or fascial tissues, they can block the healthy flow of blood to our cells — contributing to both physical discomfort and emotional imbalance. And sometimes, we simply feel “low” on energy without knowing why.-
This body–mind connection works both ways: a good laugh can feel incredibly relieving, and a warm hug can soothe both body and soul.
It’s a beautiful reminder that warmth and connection — whether with humans or animals — can activate the body’s natural ability to heal.-ReleasingThere are many ways to release these emotional and physical blockages. The range of available therapies and tools is vast — and I believe each person should find the one that works best for them.Whether through physical treatment, verbal therapy, or another practice altogether, it’s a wide and beautiful world of self-healing.A loving touch, in the form of a full-body massage, is one way to support the body and mind on their path to healing.By offering that, I hope to help others release what’s stuck — emotionally and physically — and feel lighter & more free in their own bodies.-My path towards helping othersI have a distant memory of my baby brother lying in pain from stomach ache.
I was ten years old, and without knowing anything about healing, I placed my hands gently on his belly, closed my eyes, and tried to take his pain into me.
I didn’t care if it passed into my body — I just wanted him to feel better.
-
Years later, I started realizing that my hands — and me as well — carry a deep sensitivity.
I could feel (not know, just feel) the emotions of others.
For many years that was a heavy weight, a burden, until I went to my first massage course in Fuengirola, Spain.
There I began to understand that this sensitivity could be used to support others.
-
Since then, I’ve learned and practiced different techniques in Spain, India, and Thailand — holistic massage, Ayurvedic concepts of medicine, Thai massage, and deep tissue work.
I was lucky to meet amazing teachers who didn’t just teach me techniques, but also encouraged me to trust my intuition and inspired me to explore deeper.Today, the philosophy behind my work is a combination of these skills, the way I sense each person in front of me, and something I can’t explain but learned to trust — intuition.-BelievingI truly believe that each person can heal themselves — once they begin to accept and start their unique journey. It's like climbing a mountain.
Sometimes it’ll take a friendly push to move forward, sometimes we take a rest to enjoy the new heights we accomplished.
The path for healing isn’t easy, and some moments are deeply painful —
yet with every step upward, the view becomes clearer, and the world around us more beautiful.

About Dor

Originally from the Mediterranean countryside, I moved to Germany at 22 to study architecture, which was followed by a Master’s in Real Estate Business.I lived in Munich and Berlin for 11 years and worked in many different fields, mostly in the real estate sector for 8 years. At some point, I realized that working for corporations and helping rich people get even richer wasn’t fulfilling me. I was feeling more stressed in daily life and less vital in general. After a series of experiences that influenced my beliefs and mindset about my life goals, I decided to make a change.-
During the next 18 months I drove my van from Berlin down to the Spanish Costa Blanca, lived deep in the mountains, traveled across the Far East, and started my way in the world of massage therapies.
From Spain to India and Thailand — I gathered not only techniques and traditions, but also something deeper: a return to myself and a stronger trust in my sensitivity and intuition.I also began exploring and integrating different philosophies — Stoicism, Buddhism, and the writings of Erich Fromm and Osho (and more) — which deeply influenced me, and still do.-
Today, I live between the Valencia region and Central Europe.
I practice my massages and philosophies wherever I am.Always learning, continuing to grow and offering the best support I can to those who wish to reconnect and heal themselves. After being helped and guided by so many beautiful people around the globe, I feel it’s now my turn to help others regain inner clarity and serenity.I believe that honest, grounded connection — whether through touch, breath, or words — is a powerful way to return to balance. This is what fulfills me —
Helping others help themselves to heal.

With love,
Dor.

Self-massage
workshop

Getting a professional massage is a beautiful act of self-care that I would recommend to anyone — not only when we feel sore, but also as a general form of maintenance.Of course, this option isn’t always available for different reasons such as limited time, budget, or availability.-
Based on the Thai energy lines and their method of press-to-release, I began exploring and developing a simple yet effective self-massage approach to help ourselves — even just a little — to release soreness and blockages.
The idea is to use a minimal amount of effort by pressing — intuitively and comfortably — on the spots that feel stuck.-
Yes, we can give ourselves a full-body massage using our own hands (and fists and elbows!).
It may not be the same as receiving a massage from another person, but it can have a powerful effect of immediate relief from tension.-
I’ll start offering the workshop in festivals and retreats around central Europe starting in the summer of 2025.
If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to reach out to me via the contact page.-
With love,
Dor.
